General Information:

Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes in advance of your scheduled appointment to ensure that our services will run as smoothly as possible. Arriving late for any service(s) may require a reduced appointment time or cancellation of your appointment. Full price for each treatment reserved will be charged for late appointments.

 

Hours of Operation*:

Monday – Thursday: 10am – 7pm; Friday - Saturday: 9am - 8pm

Food/Beverage Offers:

Lunch - Green Salad topped with Strawberry Slices, Sunflower Seeds, Dried Cranberries, and Carrots. Served with a chilled Chicken Caesar Pasta.

 

Beverages - Chilled Sweet Tea, Chilled Green Tea, Orange Juice, Water, Hot Tea, Hot Chocolate (seasonal), and Wine - Chardonnay, Merlot, Moscato, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Reisling  (must be 21 or older with valid photo ID).

 

Food and beverage selection may change.  Please specify any dietary restrictions at the time of scheduling.

 

Cancellation Policy:

A credit card is required to reserve all spa services. If you do not have a credit card or you do not wish to provide us with this information, you may come in as a walk-in. To maintain fairness for all of our clients, all appointments rescheduled or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full price for each treatment reserved. Spa packages with 3 or more services require a 48-hour cancellation notice.

 

Methods of Payment:

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and cash. We also accept SpaFinder, SpaWeek, and SpaWish gift cards (see restrictions below).

 

SpaFinder, SpaWeek, and SpaWish Policy:

We accept SpaFinder, SpaWish, and SpaWeek gift cards. You must submit the gift certificate or the card prior to any appointment, and certificate or card balance must be verified prior to your appointment. You are responsible for any remaining balance. If card is invalid at the time of service, you are responsible for full payment; we will return the invalid card to you.

 

*SpaFinder, SpaWish, and SpaWeek gift cards can only  be used on full priced services and cannot be used on any special pricing, package pricing, or discounted offers.  If you are using SpaFinder, SpaWish, or SpaWeek gift cards, full price will be applied to all services received.

 

Walk-ins:

Walk-ins are welcome. However, please call ahead for availability. We highly recommend appointments as some of our services are only offered during specific days/times of the week.

 

Children:

Children under the age of fifteen are not allowed in the spa during time of service, unless the child is receiving an appointment with parent supervision. If you arrive with your child(ren), your appointment will be rescheduled and cancellation policy will apply resulting in a full service charge for every service cancelled. We will not make any exceptions to this policy under any circumstances.

 

Gift Cards:

Gift cards are available online or at our spa. Please remember that gift cards are valid for exactly 5 years after the date of purchase. Gift card purchases are not refundable.

 

Gratuities:

Gratuities are not included in any of our pricing. However, gratuities are greatly appreciated for exceptional service.

 

Series Purchases:

Some treatments are best when purchased in a series. We offer discounts for certain services when purchasing a series. Please inquire for more details.

 

Spa Parties (All groups of 5 or more clients):

To ensure that your services run smoothly, we will need a complete list of people attending and services requested, along with a 50% deposit, at least 7 days in advance of your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable only in the case of a cancellation or reschedule with less than 72 hours, or 3 days, notice. Each member of your party will receive a 10% discount off the full price of all services if the average total per person is less than $100. If the average total per person is $100 or more, everyone will receive a 20% discount off the full price of their services. Discounts cannot be combined. A 30-minute block of time in our Quiet Room may be scheduled so all members of your party will be able to spend time together at the spa. All services will be scheduled according to resource availability. More Quiet Room time may be scheduled, pending availability, at an additional charge. Additional Quiet Room time must also be requested at least 7 days in advance of appointment. 18% gratuity will be automatically added to all services.

 

Preferences:

Ensuring you are comfortable is very important to us. If you have any specific preferences regarding your treatment, please notify the spa coordinator when booking the appointment. We will try to accommodate all requests. If you have a gender preference for your technician, please mention when booking your appointment. Cancellation policy will apply on day of service.

 

If you plan on bringing your own refreshments, we will need your menu and set-up needs in advance in order to accommodate you as best as we can. Please note that we do not have a full kitchen, so you will not be able to cook or heat food. We do have a Virginia ABC spa license, which will allow us to serve a complimentary glass of wine or beer to any client over 21 with a valid photo ID. Virginia ABC restricts us to serving one alcoholic beverage per client, and clients are not permitted to bring in any outside alcoholic beverages.
